He is survived by: his parents, Tommy Carl Phillips and Patsy Ruth Duke Phillips; his wife Karen Phillips; his daughters, Destiny Gatlin (John Rutherford) of Durant, Brianna Phillips of Mead and Lauren Phillips of Durant; his grandchildren, Rayleigh Lewis of Durant, Issac Lewis of Durant, Liam Lewis of Durant, Marcy Goins of Mead and Miko Goins of Mead; his parent-in-law Dean Todd of Boswell; and his brother Tommy Jason Phillips of Kingston. He is also survived by friends.
