She is survived by: her mother Audrey Mullens (Glover) of Mead, OK; her daughter Madison Mullens of Berlin Germany; her sister Summer Sims (Brady) of Mead, OK; her nephew Noah Sims of Mead, OK; and her niece Ivy Sims of Mead, OK.
