He is survived by: his daughter Paige Morgan; his siblings, Dale Morgan (Tina) of Fairmont, Jeff Morgan of Tulsa, Margaret Morgan of Ottawa and Teresa Moore (Mike) of Enid; and his caregivers, Brandy and Kayla. He is also survived by 8 nieces and nephews.
