He is survived by: his wife Donna Hackworth; his children, Stacey Hackworth of Medford and Michael Hackworth of Smithville, Missouri; his grandchildren, Haley Hackworth of Liberty and Aaron Hackworth (Janessa); his great grandchild Tanya of Kansas City; and his grandchildren, Christian and Bailey Hackworth of Sedalia, Missouri. He is also survived by numerous other family members, cousins and friends.
