She was predeceased by: her parents, Georgia Belle Welborn (Barnes) and J. W. Welborn; and her mother-in-law Karen Rutherford. She is survived by: her husband Greg; and her sisters, Pat Kaplan (Welborn) of Shawnee and Karen Mills (Chuck) of Shawnee.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the New Hope Cemetery.
