He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Stearman and Norma Stearman (Gallaway); and his siblings, Herschel and Joyce. He is survived by: his wife Claudia Ramseyer; his daughters, Carla Hobbs of Meeker and Kim (Nick Junior) of Bedford, Texas; his grandchildren, Lacy Kincaid (Brad) and Andrew Junior (Maggie); and his great grandchildren, Gunner, Halen Kincaid, Rex and Beau Junior. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
