He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnest Gouker and Cora Gouker (Roller); and his siblings, Leland "Shorty" Gouker, Milburn "Mib" Gouker, Elvin "Brandy" Gouker, Alene Youngblood (Gouker), Cletis "Clete" Gouker and Corine Gouker.
He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Welborn; his daughter Brenda Gunderson (Jeff); his granddaughters, Courtney Smithson (Cody) and Chelsey Jones (Tyler); and his great grandchildren, Kate Smithson, Killian Smithson and Barrett Jones.
