It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen Jean Small of Meeker, Oklahoma, who passed away on January 31, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Elmer Ballard and Betty Ballard; her siblings, Loretta Burch, William Ottis Bill Ballard and Bob Ballard; and her niece Shelly Wilhite.
She is survived by : her husband Jim Small; her daughters, Candy Buoy (Mark) of Prague and Chelsea Foster (Mark) of Virginia; her brother Alan Ballard of Meeker; and her grandchildren, Devin Timmons, Matthew and Marleigh. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
