He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Fowler; his children, Matthew Simpson (Lindsay), Marcie Simpson and Mark Simpson (Kelli); his grandchildren, Charles Burland, Lola Burland, Alexander Simpson, Brady Wahpepah, Hazel Wahpepah, Cole Simpson and Haley Simpson; his siblings, Jean Phillips (Bud), Mary Gilmore, Luann White and Greg Simpson; and his siblings-in-law, Virgil Fowler (Rebecca) and Karen Manning (Gary). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
