He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Farris and Thrysa Gwendolyn Long (McVay); and his sister Verna Williams. He is survived by: his children, Rodney Arnold Long, Van Eric Ramsey of Azle, TX and Robin Elkay McIntyre (Odie) of Grove, OK; his brothers, Max Long of Vinita, OK and Frank Long of Welch, OK; and his grandchildren, Hayden Long, Ann Clover Sprenkle, Cody Kingsbaker and Casey Kingsbaker. He is also survived by 2 great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Paul Thomas Funeral Home & Cremation Service - Miami (1432 B St NW, Miami, OK 74354). Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
