He is survived by: his children, Kristy Dagenhardt (Bryan) of Houma, Mike Mayfield (Brenda) of Fairland, OK and Doug Mayfield (Amie) of Miami, OK; and his grandchildren, Brandon McAffrey, Brady Waite, Jessie Perkins (Waite), Mattie Letherman (Mayfield), Brady Reynolds, Scout Mayfield and Charley Mayfield. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
