He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ratliff; his children, Kimberly Elaine Hutson (Lloyd) of Joplin and Martin Luke Ratliff of Buffalo; his sisters, Sally Dold (Jim) and Sheila Witte (Paul); his siblings' children, Mike, Shannon Gunner of Miami, Abe, Sandy Clark of Tulsa, Matt, Misty Ratliff, Gregg, Anessa Ash, Johnny, Tonya Ratliff, Justin Dold and Jessica Dold; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Courtney, Julie, Marissa and Clarissa.
