She is survived by: her children, Zeola Johnson (Amos) of Miami, Mark Duffield (Sara) of Clarksville, Martha Chrisman (Max) of Fairland and Lloyd Eugene "Gooch" Duffield of McAlester, Oklahoma; and her siblings, John "Puddy" Davis (Cathy) of Bartlesville, Leon Ballard of Texas and Lela Schultz of Bartlesville. She is also survived by grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
