He was predeceased by: his siblings, Robert Neal, Lloyd Neal, Bill Neal and Janice Lowe. He is survived by: his spouse Anita Thomasson; his children, Brad Neal (Susan) of Carl Junction, MO and Melissa McCullough (Rick) of Miami, OK; his sisters, Joyce Mathis of Miami, OK and Judy McReynolds of Broken Arrow, OK; and his grandchildren, Bradley Peters, Brent Peters, Bethany Osborn, Tinley Neal, Teagan Neal and Malachi McCullough.
