He was predeceased by: his parents, O. H. Cavin and Dixie Cavin (Oaks); and his brother Harlan Cavin. He is survived by: his wife Janet Harris; his children, Craig Cavin (Jessica) of Ithaca and Crystal Lozier (Zach) of Tahlequah; his grandchildren, Tasmin, Fallon Cavin, Ingram and Arden Lozier; and his siblings, Richard Cavin (Stephanie) of Springfield, MO and Ruth Fisher of Maryland.
