She is survived by: her children, Michael Wade Boutot (Christie Beaverson) of Tulsa, OK and Kristi Ann Hutton of Miami, OK; her grandchildren, Kassie Kay Boutot, Connor Hutton and Rachel Hutton; and her great grandchildren, Riley Thomas and Violet Marisipini.
