He is survived by: his wife Karen Para of Lawrence; his brother Marvin of Homosassa; his children, Michael of Sacramento and Melody Lynn Ellis of Leavenworth; and his stepchildren, Mira Para of Baton Rouge, LA, Noel Para of New York City, NY, Shahin Mayfield of Miami, OK, Zhalih Para and Mahin Para-Cremer of Topeka. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and one great grandson.
