She is survived by: her children, Crystal Dawn Wofford (Tracy) of Owasso, OK, P. J. Boiko (Shawn) of Florida, Douglas Wayne Henson (Dana) of Tulsa, OK and Shannon Eugene Henson of Tulsa, OK; her sisters, Cher Spicer Bertling of Joplin, MO and Tauny Spicer of Miami, OK; her grandchildren, Cierra Grant (Josh), Hannah Henson and Andrew Henson; and her great grandchildren, Courtland Grant and Cason Grant.
