He is survived by: his girlfriend Deborah Hall; and his children, Troy Leonard of Lakeland, FL, Derek Leonard of Douglasville, GA and Shannon Karrick (Ryan) of Clearwater, KS. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 1 great=grandson.
