He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas "Tom" Woolard and Gertrude Woolard (Williams); his wife Rosemary Cottengim; his sisters, Helen Herrel, Ida Woolard, Oreta Triece, Pat Webber and Betty Jo Woolard; and his children, Tom Woolard of Miami and Cyndi Woolard of Miami.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Brown-Winters Funeral Home and Cremation Service (290 E Fifth Ave, Welch, OK 74369). A graveside service was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Williams Coal Creek Cemetery S 533 Rd.
