It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sadie McKee (Miami, Oklahoma), born in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, who passed away on January 7, 2020, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William McKee and Opal McKee (Christie); her brother Kenny McKee; and her nephew Weston McKee. She is survived by: her siblings, William "Bill" McKee, Jr (Rebecca) of Cherokee, NC, Rick McKee (Beckie) of Wyandotte, Sue Wyatt (Jack) of Miami and Mary Pickup (Boone) of Miami; and her sister-in-law Alta McKee of Vinita. She is also survived by 9 nieces and nephews, numerous great nieces, nephews, and cousins, and a host of dear friends.

“I was so sorry to hear of Sadie’s passing. She was a good friend of mine when we were youngsters. We met again when her dad was working at Seneca Indian School. We didn’t get to see each other much but she always greeted me with a hug and smile when we did see other. Rest In Peace my friend. Until we meet again.”
