He was predeceased by: his father Samuel Turner. He is survived by: his mother Tina Johnson (Cox); his wife Hannah Pogue; his children, Samuel Turner Jr., Dru Foreman, Anthony Foreman, Seth Turner and Cameron Foreman; and his sisters, Ashely Gaines (Ricky) and Natalie Turner.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers that donations be made to Brown-Winters Funeral Home and Cremation Service to assist with funeral expenses for Sammy.
