She was predeceased by: her husband Michael Stark; her mothers, Carol Duffield and Irene Duffield (Evans); her father-in-law Jack Stark; her brother John Duffield; and her siblings-in-law, Lesa Duffield and Vince Mendoza.
She is survived by: her children, Caylee Stark, Kenny Stark (Amyy) and Louie Stark; and her siblings, Robert Duffield, Jim Duffield (Billie), Shirley Mendoza and Leanna Buske (Rick). She is also survived by her daughter, her bonus daughters, and her sons.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Mount Olive Lutheran Church in Miami.
