She was predeceased by: her father Danny Himes. She is survived by: her mother Ruby Ann Himes (Moody) of Miami; her husband Charles Carr of Miami; her children, Jimmy Dale Carver and Jennifer Carver; and her siblings, Brenda Himes Smith of North Miami and Danny Himes of Texas. She is also survived by seven grandchildren.
