He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Albert and Ruth Woods (Holcolm); his daughter-in-law Teresa Woods; and his brothers, Harold Woods and Albert Woods.

He is survived by: his wife Lillyan Woods (Blanck); his sons, Terry "Woody" Woods of Miami, OK and Gary Woods (Barbara) of Cedar Falls, IA; his sister Margaret Miller of Wagoner, OK; his grandsons, Ben Woods, David Woods, Tommy Woods and Tyler Woods; and his great grandchildren, Zeke Woods, Levi Woods and Brady Woods.
