He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Margie Boyette-Sink, John Meek Smith, Richard Earl Alexander and Ruthie Lee Alexander; his grandparents-in-law, Pat, Wanda Thomson and Virginia Stevens; and his brother-in-law Kyle Stevens.

He is survived by: his mother Pamela Ann Smith (Sink) of Cumming, Georgia.; his daughters, Alexandria Mae (Caleb "The Boy") and McKenzie Olivia; his parent Aven Smith; his family Kimberly Smith; his daughter Emma Kate; his sister Tracy Deanna Hanson of Nashville, Tennessee.; his in-laws, Lowell Stevens (Kathleen) and Deborah Elkins (Phil) of Oklahoma; his sister-in-law Kristen Hickman (Travis) of Terrell, Texas.; and his friends, Greg and Amy Young.
