We are sad to announce that, on August 24, 2025, at the age of 87, Darla Nan Lunsford (Midwest City, Oklahoma) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Darla may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Darla touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

She was predeceased by: her parents, JC Dabney and Bessie Mae Dabney; her siblings, Lib, Jessie and Mary; and her brother-in-law Gerald.

She is survived by: her children, Kevin Lunsford (Rhonda), Kathleen Liner (Scott) and Steven Lunsford (Robin). She is also survived by her 7 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
