He was predeceased by: his parents, James Allen Holt and Helen Elizabeth Eaton; and his siblings, Lige, Alma, Kathryn and Earl.
He is survived by: his daughter Judy; his granddaughter Meagan (Mike) of Houston, Texas; his wife Maryann; his stepdaughter Sheri (Ken); his granddaughter Keri; and his great grandchildren, Kelby and Mac. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Barnes-Friederich and Pope (1820 S Douglas Blvd, Midwest City, OK 73130).
