He is survived by: his children, Christopher Monsour of Gilbert and Rubye Mae Middendorf of Jacksonville; his grandchildren, Cash and Hunter Monsour of Gilbert, Arizona; his father Jesse Middendorf; his siblings, Jon Middendorf (Kelly) of Edmond and Marlo Orton (Rocky) of Olathe, Kansas; and his extended family Wendell Marlowe (Sheila) of Mount Juliet, Tennessee. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
