He is survived by: his mother Kathy Evanoff (McCurdy); his wife Brittany Nichole Allen; his parents-in-law, Terry and Tina; his grandfather-in-law Betty; his grandmother Carroll; his siblings, Matthew, Kimberely, Samantha and Paul; his brother-in-law Clint; his aunts and uncles, Bobby, Jamie, Bill and Shi; and his nephew Logan. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
