It is with great sadness that we announce the death of JoAnn (Francis) Vinyard (Midwest City, Oklahoma), born in Pampa, Texas, who passed away on April 16, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Gibbins and Evelyn Horton Gibbins; her husband Bruce A. Vinyard; her sister Polly Smith; her brother-in-law Gene Smith; her in-laws, Lester and Helen Vinyard; her sister Connie; and her brothers-in-law, Fred Gardner and Gilbert Maxey.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Allen Vinyard (April Vinyard) and Karla Annette Vinyard; her granddaughters, Chelsea Briggs, Cortnea Locke (Marcus Locke), Nicole Godwin and Lindsey Godwin-Wright; her aunts, Bobbie Combs and Alma Wade; and her great grandchildren, Dallis Locke, Conner Cline, BentLee Locke, Tally Arnold and Jaxton Glover.
