He is survived by: his wife Joan Ammon; his sons, John "Rob" Ammon of Oklahoma and William "Bill" Ammon (Mary Anne) of Kentucky; his grandson John Ammon of Kentucky; and his brothers, Gary Ammon (Ramona) of Oklahoma and Jeff Ammon (Sally) of Nevada.
