He was predeceased by: his parents, George Higgs and Edna Higgs (Helton); his grandparents, Charles, Nettie Higgs and Rebecca Helton; and his significant other Ella "Wailene" Higgs.
He is survived by: his children, Larry Charles Higgs (Danita) of Prague, Oklahoma and Rebecca Ann Forrester (Tom) of Shawnee, Oklahoma. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren, and numerous extended family.
