He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnest Williams and Lucille Williams; his siblings, Billie Chamberlain and Glen "Buddy" Williams; and his son Michael Dale Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Patsy Ann Williams; his daughter-in-law Teresa Williams; his children, Mark L. Williams (Julie) and Michelle A. Ashley (Ralph); his grandchildren, Brooke Guthery (Heath), Michael Kyle Williams (Tara), Matthew Williams, Lyndi Toone (Matt), Danielle Baughman (Brandon), Ryan Ashley (Ashlee), Chad Ashley, Rylan and Skylar Ashley; his family, Karis, Kaci Ashley, Mason, Matty, Micah Williams, Cash, Grey Williams, Ace, Knox Guthery, London, Lylla Owens, Clara Jane, Caleb Toone and Liam Standifer; and his siblings, Ray Williams (Shirley), Lee Roy Williams (Marzelle), Debbie Muehlenweg (Mike) and Suzy McKissick. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Barnes Friederich & Pope Funeral Home (1820 S Douglas Blvd, Midwest City, OK 73130). A graveside service was held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Arlington Memory Gardens (3400 N Midwest Blvd, Spencer, OK 73084).
