She is survived by: her husband James Lester Jay; her daughters, Devin Jay and Christie Jay of Muskogee; her grandchildren, Beau Moore of Okay, Serenity Moore of Webbers Falls and James Jacob Jay (J. J.) of Muskogee; her brothers, Bruce Jacobs (Teri) of Muskogee and Harrison Jacobs, III (Teresa) of Muskogee; her mother-in-law Billie Sue Jay of Haskell; her siblings, Mike and Rhonda Sullivan of Haskell; her cousins, Marsha and Dennis Reppond of Muskogee; her brothers, Leyanna (Jason Caldwell) and Gary Jay (Goobie) of Haskell; her niece Jessica; her nephew Sean Fitzgerald; her great-niece Julianne of Muskogee; her nieces and nephews, Megan Jacobs, Anesh Singh of Houston, Lacy and Daniel Brown; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Kamden and Mason of Piedmont. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.

Viewing will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Dowdy-Marker Funeral Home (201 West Commercial Street, Haskell, OK 74436). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Haskell Cemetery Pavilion (1700 N Chickasaw Ave, Haskell, OK 74436).
