He was predeceased by: his former wives, Nancy and Denise; his parents, Neal Boatright and Barbara Steelman; his in-laws, Neil and Joneil Polaschek; and his brother-in-law Jimmy Polaschek.
He is survived by: his wife Mary; his stepchildren, Josh Polaschek (Samantha), Nick Richardson and Mollie Grogan (Nathan); his grandchildren, Emma and Oliver; his stepmother Sandra Boatright; his daughters, Krystal Nichols (Sam), Chelese Boatright and Megan Boatright Byrkit (Trevor); his sister LaNeal Campbell (Tim); his nephew Scotty Steelman; his niece Brandi; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Joey and Fiona.
