She was predeceased by: her parents, Murray Carter and Leona Burton (Ward); her husband Royce Alwyn Packard; and her sister Joyce Packard. She is survived by: her daughters, Veloyce Hurst (Ed) and Caroline Swindell; and her grandchildren, Tamara Swindell (Russell Anderson), Madison Dockery (Lucas), James Hurst (Amanda) and Lola Hurst. She is also survived by many family members and friends.
