He is survived by: his children, Quentin Clark (Shawn), Fawntella Nollen (Tim), Dean Clark and Daniel Clark (Tarah); and his grandchildren, Blayne Clark (Savanna), Kameron Clark (Lydia), Sierra Chappell (Landry), Dakota Nollen (Taylor), Tarin Clark (Shelbi Schultz) and Avery Clark (Kaitlyn Corn). He is also survived by his family, friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home (8805 NE 23rd St, Oklahoma City, OK 73141). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at the Arlington Memorial Gardens (3400 N Midwest Blvd, Spencer, OK 73084).
