It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wesley Eugene Hunter (Midwest City, Oklahoma), who passed away on September 8, 2025, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Myrl and Beulah Hunter (Cunningham); his wife Ella May; and his great-aunt Ethel L. Van Horn. He is survived by: his children, Wayne Hunter, Sarah Baxter, Gayle Gant, Karen Jackson, Philip Hunter and Marlene Sams; and his sister-in-law Retha Hunter. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren; as well as many beloved cousins, nieces, and nephews.
