He was predeceased by: his parents, William Everett and Mary Alice Putnam (Brown). He is survived by: his wife Ruby Smith; his children, Jerry Putnam of Thackerville, Gary Putnam (Tina) of Thackerville and William Putnam (Amber) of Anadarko; and his stepchildren, Debbie Belcher (Elvis) of Milburn, Brenda Brantley (Mike) of Tishomingo, Mike Smith of Enos and Wanda Gibson (Eddie) of Milburn. He is also survived by four grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and three step great-great-grandchildren; 13 step-grandchildren; numerous step great-grandchildren; and a host of extended family.
