He is survived by: his daughter Amy (Frank Copeland) of Hickory; his grandchildren, Taylor (Cole Jack) of Sulphur, Tagan Bates of Davis and Lynsey Bates of Gainesville, Texas.; his sisters, Rebecca (Ed Clary) of Tishomingo and Martha (Jim Summers) of Sulphur; and his close friend Wilson Roman.
