He is survived by : his wife Shirley Armstrong of Millerton, OK; his sons, Charles Dean Armstrong (Misty), James Christopher (Paula) and Raymond Christopher (Amanda); and his brothers, Red Armstrong of Millerton, OK and Rusty Armstrong. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and numerous friends.
