He was predeceased by: his parents, Louise Hess and Bob Hess; and his daughter Lauren. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Dixon of Lawton; his daughter Joan (Cody Anderson); his grandson Henry; and his siblings, Holly Martin (Don), Cindy Hess (Frank Duncan), Rob Hess (Margaret), Lou Anne Hess and Rick Hess. He is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews and their spouses; 9 great nieces and nephews; and extended family, dear friends and classmates.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Saint Francis Cancer Center, OU Health Stephenson Cancer Center, or the Oklahoma Golf Association Foundation.
