He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Wade Milligan Sr. and Vera May Milligan; his wife Carol Joy Milligan; his sons, Gregory Allen Milligan and John Russell Milligan; and his brothers, William Tucker and Randy Tucker.
He is survived by: his children, Bobby Milligan (Jeannie), Rick Milligan (Teresa), Thomas Milligan (D'esta), Bridget Grant (David) and Linda Norman; his daughter-in-law Brenda Milligan; his sister Sharon Tindell (Bruce); and his grandchildren, Amy, Kymberly, Tara, Kristi, Shaun, Chris, Tammy, Matt, Mark, Mitchell, Richard, Jennifer, Candace and David. He is also survived by 32 great-grandchildren; numerous great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation in Bob's name to St. Jude Children's Hospital or the Salvation Army, two organizations that Bob cared deeply about.
