He is survived by: his son Jase Lowe; his close friend Michelle Jones; his stepdaughters, Alexis Vinson, Tasha Fomby and Sandi Fomby; his parents, Loyd Crumpley and Eula Crumpley; his brother James Crumpley; his sister-in-law Charlene Crumpley; his niece Amanda Shults; and his nephew Evan Crumpley.
