He is survived by: his wife Laura; and his daughters, Anita Swift (Tony), Joyce Pendleton (Jerry), Sherrie Ettinger (Mark) and Sara Nichols (Nathan). He is also survived by nine grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, and a host of extended family and dear friends.
