He was predeceased by : his parents, Chester Ramsey and Mabel Ramsey; his wife Anne Ramsey; and his sister Joyce Stevens. He is survived by : his son Carl "David" Ramsey Jr.; his brother Bill Ramsey; his sister-in-law Susan; his sister Silvia Penner; and his brother-in-law Tom Stevens. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
