She was predeceased by : her parents, Lena Mildred Burkett (Wilson) and Woodrow Pirtle; her sons, Gregory Allen Milligan and John Russell Milligan; and her sister Peggy Feldmann.
She is survived by : her husband Robert Milligan; her children, Robert Milligan (Jeanne), Rick Milligan (Teresa), Thomas Milligan (Dee), Bridget Grant (David) and Linda Norman (Victor); her daughter-in-law Brenda Milligan; and her half-siblings, Patricia Judy and Gordon Pirtle. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren, and many great-great-grandchildren.
