He is survived by: his daughters, Wendy Payne of Moore, OK, Connie Payne of Blanchard, OK, Julie Payne and Janet Payne of Oklahoma City, OK.; his grandchildren, Michael Payne of Oklahoma City, Ashley Platt, Danielle Platt, Corey Williamson of Oklahoma City, Austin Payne, Hunter, Dallas, London Thephachanh of Bethany, OK, Miranda Beach of Topeka, KS, Myriah Beach of Oklahoma City, OK and Mary Ellen Duree of Moore, OK.; his sisters, Dixie McNutt of Macomb, OK and Nyla Jo Watkins of Shawnee, OK; and his former wife Patty Payne. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nephews, and nieces.
