He is survived by: his wife Kum Ae Mary Schultz (Pak); his sisters, Kathy Kitchen and Patricia Schultz; his children, Cindy, Susan (Wilson), Andy (Roshea), Jamie (Dustin), Tami and David Jr. (Alison); his nieces, Michelle Kitchen, Traci Irisari and Katrina Tonini; his grandchildren, Shay (Katie), Andrea, Kyleigh, Dominic (Brooklyn), Lydia (Matthew), Michael, Hunter, Allie and Mason; and his great grandchildren, Aspen, Avery, Lucas, Lincoln, Joy and Noah.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Knights of Columbus Council 9901 at St. Andrew Catholic Church.
